




Hello, I’m Jasmine,
A NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and nutrition coach. My journey hasn’t been easy, I’ve navigated five pregnancies, rehabilitated an ACL injury, and balanced the demands of motherhood with my passion for martial arts. I’m a black belt in Hapkido and an experienced Muay Thai coach, and I bring the discipline and resilience of these practices into my coaching.
After my pregnancies and injury, I learned first-hand that crash diets and endless cardio aren’t the answer. I rebuilt my body through strength training, proper nutrition, and patience. I know what it’s like to start from scratch, to feel discouraged, and to find your way back. That empathy shapes every program I build.
My mission is to empower women, especially busy moms, to feel strong, confident and capable. Whether you’re new to lifting, recovering after pregnancy, or just want to feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you. Together we’ll focus on sustainable habits, functional strength and a healthy relationship with food so you can thrive long-term.
